Martinsons Byggsystem's largest sawmill in therm of capacity i located six miles outside of Skellefteå. At the facility, there is a large-scale production of sawn lumber and processed wood products, along with production of both gluelam and cross-laminated timber.
The Älvsbacka Bridge in Skellefteå is one of many pedestrian bridges constructed by Martinsons since the end of the 1980s. The enviromental benefits frome construction in wood is just one of many.

The industrial site, Skellefteå Site East, borders to site where Northvolt's new battery factory is being built. Skellefteå Site East consists of 45 hectares of industrial plots and is being exploited in collaboration between Skellefteå municipality and Skanska, where the goal is to be Sweden's leader in sustainability.
